ABOUT US
What We Believe
Our faith is firmly rooted in God's Word and centered on Jesus Christ. These biblical truths guide our worship, shape our lives, and inspire everything we do.
The scriptures are inspired by God and declare His design and plan for mankind.
2 Timothy 3:15-17 // 1 Thessalonians 2:13 // 2 Peter 1:21
There is only one True God, revealed in three persons: Father, son and Holy Spirit (commonly known as the Trinity).
Deuteronomy 6:4 // Isaiah 43:10-11 // Matthew 28:19 // Luke 3:22
AS God’s son, Jesus was born both human and divine.
Matthew 1:23 // Hebrews 7:26 // Acts 2:22 // 1 Corinthians 15:3 // Matthew 28:6 // Acts 1:9
Though originally good, man willingly fell to sin – ushering evil and death, both physical and spiritual, into the world,
Genesis 1:26-27 // Genesis 2:17 // Genesis 3:6 // Romans 5:12-19
Every person can be restored to fellowship with God through salvation (accepting Christ’s offer of forgiveness for sin).
Luke 24:47 // John 3:3 // Romans 10:13-15 // Ephesians 2:8 // Titus 2:11 // Titus 3:5-7
And practice two ordinances-(a) water baptism by immersion after repenting of one’s sins and receiving Christ’s gift of salvation and (b) Holy communion (the Lord’s supper) as a symbolic remembrance of Christ’s suffering and death for our salvation. Matthew 28:19 // Mark 16:16 // Acts 10:47-48 // Romans 6:4
The baptism in the Holy Spirit is a special experience following salvation that empowers believers for witnessing and effective service, just as it did in New Testament times.
Luke 24:49 // Acts 1:4 // Acts 1:8 // 1 Corinthians 12:1-31 // Acts 8:12-17 // Acts 10:44-46 // Acts 11:14-16 // Acts 15:7-9
The initial physical evidence of the Baptism in the Holy Spirit is speaking in Tongues, as experienced on the Day of Pentecost and referenced throughout Acts and the epistles.
Acts 2:4 // 1 Corinthians 12:4-10 // 1 Corinthians 12:28
Sanctification initially occurs at salvation and is not only a declaration that a believer is holy, but also a progressive lifelong process of separating from evil as believers continually draw closer to God and become more Christ-like.
Romans 12:1,2 // 1 Thessalonians 5:23 // Hebrews 12:14 // 1 Peter 1:15-16 // Romans 6:1-13 // Romans 8:1 – 2
The church has a mission to seek and save all who are lost in sin. Ephesians 1:22 -23 // Ephesians 2:22 // Hebrews 12:23
A divinely called and spiritually ordained leadership ministry serves the church. Mark 16:15-20 // John 4:23-24 // Ephesians 4:11-16
Divine healing of the sick is a privilege for Christians today and is provided for Christ’s atonement( his sacrificial death on the cross for our sins).
Isaiah 53:4-5 // Matthew 8:16,17 // James 5:14-16
In the blessed hope- when Jesus raptures His church prior to His return to earth (the second coming). 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 // Romans 8:23 // Titus 2:13 // 1 Corinthians 15:51-52
In the Millennial Reign of Christ when Jesus returns with His saints at His second coming and begins His benevolent rule over earth for 1,000 years. Zechariah 14:5 // Matthew 24:27 // Matthew 24:30 // Revelation 1:7 // Revelation 19:11-14 // Revelation 20:1-6
A final judgement will take place for those who have rejected Christ. Matthew 25:46 // Mark 9:43-48 // Revelation 19:20 // Revelation 20:11-15 //
Revelation 21:8
And look forward to the perfect new heavens that Christ is preparing for all people of all time, who have accepted him. 2 Peter 3:13 // Revelation 21 // Revelation 22

Our Church History
God called Victory Believers Center Assemblies of God Church to do a mighty work for His kingdom was organized and established in September 2025 with a small group under the leadership of Pastor Opoku Ware. Our first service was held in the Pine Grove Community Center in Stockbridge. The state of Georgia and the United States government officially approved us in January 2026. We are called with the revelation to build a ministry after God’s own heart, which would reach out into the community to bring the lost souls to Christ and to be set free from captivity.
The good Lord is preparing us to do a great and magnificent work for Him as we move forward to a new rented building after only two weeks. Through faith in God, we have come this far and we have never seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging for bread. Jesus said, I will build my church upon this rock and the gates of hell will not prevail against it.
We know that Jesus is the King over this worship place, and the Holy Spirit rules our ministry. He has done great and wonderful things and we are overjoyed and glad. For all this time the good Lord has given us sound doctrine, wisdom, power, and love. He has kept, strengthened, and healed us. He has set us free, rewarded and bless us tremendously and also experienced distinctive plan of God for us. We established our foundation in holiness and sanctification, that is being set apart for the unlimited work the Lord has prepared for us. While we certainly have a rich and exciting history behind us, we are even more excited about the destiny which lies before us!
